Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kidda Cloud, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and smoothly across India.

Nationwide Shipping

We currently ship our products across India and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Orders are delivered on all working days except Sundays and National Holidays.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch for most locations serviced by our courier partners.

  • Deliveries to remote areas or orders containing larger/heavier items (above 2 kg) may take slightly longer.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 across India.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment. There are no hidden fees or extra charges.

International Shipping

At present, Kidda Cloud delivers only within India. We currently do not offer international shipping services.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking number

  • Shipping confirmation via Email and WhatsApp

If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. Tracking updates may take an additional 24 hours to become active on the courier website.

Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our warehouse.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid mobile number and complete delivery address while placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, which usually happens within 3 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
