Exchange Policy

You may exchange your product for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability.

Exchange process:

  1. The original item will be picked up first.

  2. Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement item will be dispatched.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to share their bank account details to process the refund.

Return Timeline

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Once the order has been shipped, the standard return and exchange policy will apply.
